Following the advise of its clients who were satisfied with DACWORKS workmanship, the Company had expanded its operations and included the Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection Works and became the complete and dependable MEPF

On October 30, 2006, the Board of Directors amended its Article SEVENTH to increase its authorized Capital Stocks from P3,200,000.00 to P23,000,000.00, Philippine Currency, and said capital stock is divided into TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND SHARES (230,000) with a par value of ONE HUNDRED PESOS (P100.00) each. The amended articles of incorporation was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 21, 2007.
