Under Engr. Dean A. Cancino, the company, Dacworks United Inc. recognizes the primacy of trained human resources, the sine qua non pivotal corporate asset as enshrined in Republic Act No. 8495 crafted under President Fidel Valdez Ramos to recognize, develop and protect the practice of mechanical engineering by requiring companies to employ licensed mechanical engineers.

In line with this, Dacworks invested in the personal, professional and technical staff development and mounted a continuous well-rounded training programme of Mechanical Engineers, many of which became prime hires for discriminating local and foreign entities.
