Engr. Dean Arcangel Cancino is a visionary mechanical engineer in his profession. He wanted the high vertical projects as well as the big horizontal ones along with the ad hoc fast food chain stores. In 1998 he opted out of the Psychrochill group he founded and served as its President for six (6) years due to differences in philosophy and management style; and established DACWORKS UNITED INC. (DUI) along a clear line set of dynamic guidelines of thrusts and corporate values.
